You are accountable for customer-initiated chargebacks, and refunds will follow our internal policies and timelines. Fee updates will be communicated via email or through your dashboard.

Users are prohibited from using our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale or distribution of narcotics, adult content, gambling, counterfeit items, firearms, or any product or service prohibited by law. Manipulating the platform, bypassing security measures, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in account suspension, withholding of funds, and potential legal action.
Risk Monitoring and Fraud Management
We employ AI-driven fraud detection, automated risk scoring, and real-time monitoring to protect merchants and users. Transactions flagged as suspicious may be held, delayed, or reversed. Confirmed fraudulent activity may result in freezing or termination of your account. Users are responsible for chargebacks, financial losses, or regulatory penalties arising from illegal or high-risk activities conducted through their accounts.
